Over $1.2 Million in Government Loans & Grant Programs Available


The Town of Ingersoll has approved a $40,000 interest-free loan, amortized over a 5-year period with a grant of component of $8,000 to be awarded upon successful completion of renovations to the Façade.


CANADA SMALL BUSINESS LOAN – Up to $1,000,000 Available

A Low Interest Loan up to $350,000 under the CSBFL program has been Pre-Approved that will cover the Tenant’s Moving Costs, Equipment, and Leasehold Improvements.

An additional $650,000 Loan is available to the Tenant for other Business Expenses incurred. 

Bringing the total Government Loan accessible to the Tenant  up to $1,000,000.


The Oxford qualifies for the Municipal Property Tax Back Grant program which will directly benefit the Tenant by significantly reducing the TMI portion of their Monthly Rent over a 5-year period.   

Approval of the Grant will save the Tenant approximately $15,000 in the first year in TMI, and over $50,000 in a 5-year period.
